  1. One of the members of my HOG chapter recently sent me this video. I have seen it posted by Steve Johnson at Biker Pilosophy. It is a super great song and music video because the words of the song hit on so many motorcycle truisms that we can’t seem to vocalize when someone asks us what is so great about riding a motorcycle or a Harley Davidson. I like how it says flat out we all ride for different reasons.

  2. My favorite part is how the dude parks his Lexus on the street and his Harley in the garage! Second favorite part is “lay her down slow”…reminds me of Dave’s Cruisers Make Better Lovers post.

  3. Really nice video. It gave me a nice start to my Monday morning! Di…I liked the “lay her down soft…” line myself. Thanks for sharing!

  4. It’s amazing how different we all are.

  5. Yes it is amazing how different we all are. You would think that since we all love riding Harley Davidson motorcycles than we would be one big homogeneous black leather clad group with the same likes and dislikes. But that is not the case. Each HOG chapter is different. Within my HOG chapter we have members with very different likes and dislikes. Some like to go fast, some slow. Some like long distance riding some short. Some are white collar and some are blue. We are all different and enjoy this sport in different ways and get different things out of it.

  6. I just want to know where I can get one of those awesome t-shirts the dude is wearing in the video!!!

  7. I want one too.

  8. http://stores.ebay.com/Creative-Solutions-North

It is run by Todd Clark , the guy who directed the video

  9. Jay… did you know that your blog is on Central Time???? I posted my comment at 641pm Eastern Time… Nothing to do with the video, which is AWESOME by the way, but it just struck me as odd… oh well… nevermind….

  10. Laurie, I beat you to it…ordered Jay a t-shirt yesterday. Unofrtunately they only have women’s tees in medium and small…and you know as well as I do that my “girls” just won’t fit in that!

And the time was set to Eastern Standard Time, apparently it didn’t automatically adjust for Daylight Savings Time! :-( (all fixed now though)
